All of this can be offered due to our varied Martial Arts background gained over many years experience.
We have our own training facility which enables us to better serve you – “our clients”.
Our facility is fully equipped with all the equipment required to run our classes safely.
We are based at Unit 208, Meersbrook Enterprise Centre, Valley Road, Sheffield, S8 9FT, South Yorkshire, England but are available to run seminars in your area.

In self protection, we will teach you how to defend yourself in a variety of situations and scenarios, walking down the street, in the pub, standing, sitting or lying down……….
Our self protection classes include and are not limited to, defence against weapons, chokes, strangles, arm locks and groundwork, defense against the most common attacks on the street, confrontation management skills, natural stance awareness, the pre-emptive strike, ambushes, sucker punches, Senshido’s 5 Principals of physical retaliation™, The Opportunity Drill™ and more, drawing on many elements of our varied Martial Arts experiences.
Combined with the tactical and strategic breakthroughs of Rich Dimitri’s Senshido and his unique close-quarter combat tool known as The Shredder™.
Although we take the business of self defence and personal protection very seriously, we think it is vitally important that our classes are enjoyable and that all the students look forward to coming back.
At our personal protection and self defense classes, you will make new friends and learn how to protect yourself at the same time.
Within weeks you’ll learn how to de-escalate an attack, punch, kick, deal with multiple attackers, usage of pressure points and understand the real danger from a variety of street weapons.
We are also available to instruct personal protection and self defence at your Martial Art Club or your Work Place.
Craig is Head UK Instructor and also UK Technical Director for Kapapacademy USA, and Debbie is also a registered Instructor, we are the only Licensed to Teach Instructors in the UK under Kapap Academy USA. We were trained and certified by, Kapapacademy and Debbie was the first licensed female instructor in Europe.
Our Kapap – Israeli Elite Combat, Martial Arts and CQB training is recognised by the International Kapap Federation (IKF) and certified by the Tel Aviv University.
We are affiliates of Richard Dimitri’s Senshido system after training in Canada under Rich at the Senshido headquarters school in Montreal. Senshido is held in the highest regard by most world class RBSD instructors.
We are also affiliates of Arlans Siqueira Brazilian Jiu Jitsu who has been training BJJ for almost 20 years, competing in many tournaments both in his native Brazil, the UK and across Europe.
If a technique works then continue to use it and if it doesn’t, then get rid of it, regardless of the martial art system. It could be Kapap, Kendo, Karate, Krav Maga, Kali, Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, or any other martial arts systems.
