At Strassegym we are here to help people, and our goal is to offer the cutting edge in self protection together with fitness classes and personal growth. For every type of human body that walks through our door.
Not just athletic body’s, (although they will certainly find themselves feeling very at home here as well) but to professionals who have to work 40 hours a week – to women of all ages – to the elderly, looking to get into shape, have fun, and to learn self protection.
Also to people who want to invest in themselves by learning something really useful in a positive atmosphere of friendship and fun.
