Martial Arts that are used in our MMA class is a combination of all the classes that we teach at our gym.

Essentially you should view the MMA class as all round Martial Arts where you can expect to learn a variety of technique from different martial arts in combination.

As with any of our classes, you’ll start with a conditioning warm up, followed by technique drills, partner work and sparring.

You will work with our existing students to exchange and develop your skills. 

If you add these sessions to your training plan we’ll work on combining moves from BJJ, Thai Boxing, Boxing and Wrestling into a fierce and effective fighting game for you.
